Since 2003 we have been mobilizing a workforce of businesspeople to use their business competencies for a greater purpose. Once they have been through our comprehensive training, teams of about 15 people go to developing nations to work with mid-market companies to “repurpose” them based on eternal principles. Our goal: that these repurposed businesses will transform their sphere of influence resulting in the transformation of cities and nations. Hence our tagline:

    Repurposing Business—Transforming Society(r).

To date we have repurposed over 270 organizations in South Africa, Indonesia and India. We run training in the USA and in our host nations (South Africa, Indonesia, India so far)… and we have online training. Teams travel twice a year to use their business skills to serve other businesses.
