Virendra and Kim Vase - India Sending Team leaders
Viredra and Kim Vase are leading the India initiative with an exploratory team to Chennai (Madras) in February 2006. Virendra originally comes from Pune in India, and now lives in San Jose, California. They have three children, Priya, Devan and Hannah.
Virendra is COO at Metarewards in San Carlos, California. He was a member of Team 1 to Cape Town in April 2003.
Kevin and Kim Daus-Edwards - Marin Training Team leaders
Kevin and Kim were key members of Team 1 to Cape Town in April 2003. Since then they have been involved in training every year, and returned to South Africa with Team 5. Kevin has spent his career in the animation industry with Pixar and now with DreamWorks. Kim has authored numerous books, her latest is Force of the Spirit.
Kevin and Kim live in Sausalito, California, and have a young son, Joshua, our first equip baby.
Robert & Joyce Ricciardelli - Pacific Northwest
Robert has developed a passion for Gauteng/South Africa and led our most recent team there. He and Joyce have linkages with a large number of organizations throughout the world. Robert is a constant “networker” and has given good leadership to the Northwest.
Bob and Cindi Norsworthy - Indonesia Team leaders
Bob and Cindi have long had a passion for mobilizing professionals in and into Asia. Formally with International Students Inc. (ISI) Bob has since been involved in software development and sales. Bob has made numerous trips to Indonesia in 2005 and takes our first full team there in December 2005. Bob is co-author of The World at our Door.
Barend and Susan Cronje - Gauteng Team leaders
The Cronje’s head up a company called i2i - Ideas to Implementation - and both come from KPMG Peat Marwick. Gauteng, the province which is home to Johannesburg, generates 40% of the GDP of South Africa, and is the economic capital of Africa. Barend and Susan have 3 children. The goal of the Gauteng team is to repurpose 300 corporations by 2010.
Joe and Donna Arwender - Business Leadership Series
The Awenders took their own business through the equip process as they went through training. They were both consultants on Team 3 to Cape Town. During this trip Joe saw the opportunity to share the principles learned at equip with a broader audience, and began to put together the Business Leadership Series, a 5-part exploration of the Scriptural Principles of corporate and personal impact. Their son, Tyler, was the first kid on an equip Venture.
Doug Johnson- Cape Town Team leader
Doug leads the equip office in Cape Town, South Africa. He was the pioneer for equip in Cape Town and has recently shifted his focus to dedicate most of his time to the work there.
Peter and Andrea Ressell - Cape Town May 2006 Team leaders
Peter is heading up the team for May 2006 in Cape Town. Working with him are Louis Roussouw and Allan Pike. C. Olivier heads up our prayer team. The Cape Town strategy team is comprised of a group of accredited equip consultants who all have many Ventures under their belts: Doug Johnson, Mike Bullock, Derek Eaton, Errol Smith and Louis Rossouw.
Brett and Lyn Johnson - Home Office Team leaders
Brett and Lyn founded equip in 1992 and have been working in the work-faith integration space since the early 1980s. They live in California, and have three young adults in the family: Fay, James and David. Brett has authored a variety of books such as Convergence (www.convergencebook.com) and I-Operations (www.ioperations.com) and LEMON Leadership (www.lemonleadership.com )
