The Big Weekend will be held at Redwood Glen in Scott’s Valley.  It is beautifully situated 9 miles out of Santa Cruz and hidden in majestic Redwood forests.  We spend the weekend walking through an agenda of “spiritual grounding.”  Come discover what liabilities God has changed to assets, what gifts God has for you, AND, there may be baptisms in the river, so bring your swimwear!

The Big Weekend is not about The10-Ps or scorecarding - it focuses on areas of personal foundations, preparation for the Venture, and growth. It generally follows the rēp theme covering topics such as: rēpairing the breach, rēplenishing our water, rēpurposing pain, rēpositioning our identity, rēpresenting our ears, rēpaying our debt, and rēpossessing our purpose.

Largely, TBW is a time of regrounding before heading out on Ventures.

The new trainees are our primary audience, but we love having alumni join us too! We will share updates on what global trends we see, our sense of what God is up to in the world, and, as always, it is not about the information but the food! fellowship!
